The Story

Male model Brian Brooks is tired of being treated like a piece of meet and through a chance encounter on a film set he has an epiphany he can become an actor. When he reveals his new ambition he is rebuffed by his struggling actress girlfriend, Theresa, whose craft he’s mocked for years, his agent Marissa, a former lingerie model who can’t let go of her glory days and doesn’t want him to mess up a good thing, and his father Joe, who questions his son’s manhood for giving up his athletic endeavors for modeling. With the help of his over-top, militant acting coach, Taylor Vaughn, and his acting classmate Sarah Donnelly, who is a young faded star looking to claw her way back to the top, Brian sets out to prove to his naysayers and the world he can do more than just take off his shirt.
